Details about Registration Fees

1. Registration fee for WCNA2025 Full-time Student (first author) is 3700 RMB or 550 USD, and for Regular is 3800 RMB or 600 USD.
2. Each paid registration covers only one paper, and you can pay Extra Paper Charges (Additional papers: 3600 RMB or 500 USD) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
3. If the length of the paper exceeds 18 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (from Page 19) is 400 RMB or 60 USD.
4. Registration fees include conference materials, lunches, coffee Breaks and conference Kits during the conference.
5. If you are willing to attend the conference and do presentation without publishing your paper, please apply to us by E-mail!
6. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
7. At least one author of each article should attend to the conference.
8. The registration fee does not include:
* Accommodation
* Visa application fee
* Transportation fee
9. Please make sure that the payment is done in such a form that we are not charged any fees - all fees, also for the corresponding banks, are to be borne by the sender (please use OUR option or similar one depending on your banking system).
